What does the Starter package include exactly?

The Starter package covers business registration filing with local authorities, a review of one standard contract, and a single in-person or online consultation. It suits sole proprietors or small companies handling their first formal setup steps in Port Said.

How is the monthly retainer billed?

Business Pro and Corporate Partner plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are issued in Egyptian Pounds, and you can cancel or switch plans at the start of any new billing cycle after written notice.

Are court or filing fees included in the pricing?

No. Our fees cover legal drafting, review, and representation time. Government filing fees, notarization costs, and court expenses are billed separately and disclosed before any payment is made on your behalf.

Can I upgrade from Starter to a higher plan later?

Yes. Many clients begin with the Starter package for registration and later move to Business Pro once ongoing contract work or supplier negotiations increase. We prorate the difference based on the remaining month.

Do you offer refunds if a case takes longer than expected?

Fixed-fee services like registration are billed for defined scope, so refunds apply only to unstarted work. For retainer plans, unused monthly hours do not carry over, but we discuss scope changes before extra charges apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, major debit and credit cards, and cash payments at our Port Said office. Corporate clients can request formal invoices for accounting purposes upon signing the engagement letter.
